Assessing how the use of new materials, products and technologies can support the reduction of energy use and associated costs in existing buildings.
How can we help?
We can provide impartial support to help assess and understand the current status of an existing building, followed by informed advice on how this can be improved in a well managed and balanced manner in order to increase its energy efficiency.
Our team of retrofitting experts are on hand to provide this support.
Role of a Retrofit Coordinator
In order to comply with PAS 2035 and PAS 2030, every domestic retrofit project needs to be managed by an approved Retrofit Coordinator.
The Retrofit Coordinator's role is to:
Oversee the planning, organisation and delivery of projects, ensuring they are both on time and budget
Enabling the achievement of optimal energy performance by providing informed advice and support
Provide assurance to clients and also maintaining quality of service, both during and after the work is complete
Our Retrofit staff are trained by the Retrofit Academy CIC, where they learn from the latest training courses to gain the most up to date qualifications which support people and organisations to deliver high-quality and large-scale retrofit.
Our team members are knowledgeable and able to offer impartial and informed advice to clients to ensure their retrofit projects are successful and quality assured.
