By completing and submitting the application form, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Eligibility

1. This application is open only to legal residents of the United Kingdom who are 18 years of age or older at the time of application.
2. The property for which you are seeking energy improvements must be located within the United Kingdom.
3. You must be the legal owner of the property or have the necessary authority to make changes to the property.

Application Process

1. All information provided in the application must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
2. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance into the program or the receipt of any energy improvement services.
3. Diversity Energy Solutions reserve the right to verify any information provided in the application and may request additional documentation as needed.
4. Acceptance into the program is at the sole discretion of Diversity Energy Solutions.

Energy Improvements

1. The specific energy improvements available through this program may vary and are subject to change without notice.
2. All work will be performed by licensed and insured staff or contractors selected by Diversity Energy Solutions.
3. The homeowner is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property for the purpose of performing the energy improvements.
4. Diversity Energy Solutions and contractors are not liable for any damages or losses that may occur as a result of the energy improvement work.

Data Protection

1. All personal information collected through the application process will be handled in accordance with UK data protection laws.
2. Diversity Energy Solutions will not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties without your consent, except as required by law.
3. By submitting an application, you consent to being contacted by Diversity Energy Solutions or their representatives regarding your application and participation in the program.

Limitation of Liability

1. Diversity Energy Solutions and their affiliates, partners, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the energy improvement program.
2. The total liability of Diversity Energy Solutions and their affiliates, partners, and contractors shall not exceed the total value of the energy improvements provided to the homeowner.

Governing Law

1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland.
2. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

1. Diversity Energy Solutions reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
2. Continued participation in the program following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.
